Preparing for Xmas

Hullo my friends! I just finished up my next to last semester and feel dreadful for not being able to keep up with all the deviations. I cycled through about half of them today and hope to quell the swell soon.

I've been tasked with continuing my research over the xmas break for my mobile test stand (which tests blackhawk and apache helicopter components). That and battling for christmas presents have left me a bit breathless and makes me want to reach for some warpaint.

That aside, I really need to add some color to my journal. I see all of the fantastic backgrounds you guys use. Any suggestions on how to upgrade?

I've been reading some lovely pieces and seeing some magnificent artworks. And they never cease to surprise me on the level of creativity in their design. To that, I must thank you all for the destraction.

can't really help you on the background thing, as I have almost no knowledge of computers. Anything more complicated than 'click here' is beyond me

Hope you can enjoy the Christmas season even with all of the things on your plate at the moment!

I don't celebrate it, but I will be hanging out with family and having a relaxing sort of day (hopefully). Good luck with the rest of the devs! And I'm afraid I don't know how to change the background on the journals....I think you can only do it if you are a subscribed member of DA...

Just keep trucking dude, you wont see anything new by me but we're in the same boat... only 1416 deviations to go... I've got a couple years to catch up! lol

My messages/deviations are nearing the 10,000 range and I never see you anymore.

That aside, try searching da for "journal css" and that ought to give you a great start (unless someone offers to make you custom css; I've never had a sub so I don't know any css

).

Would you be able to catch at least one movie before school starts again?
