I've been having a sense of relief slowly creeping over me. This will be the first summer where I can just simply work instead of taking classes and working. I've been searching for a decent internship and actually landed a decent one with the civilian side of the army. Best part is that I wont have to move and pay two rents to get the experience under my belt.
Friday night, I took a friend out for her birthday and saw an excellent performance: 10 years and saving abel. They had a band called "fair to midland" [link] open for them (which I must say I'm a proud owner to all 3 of their cds now). If you want to imagine what they sound like, blend serj tankian and a few other bands. But I warn ya, they have some heavy stuff but are overall a great blend.
10 years will be coming out with a new cd soon that I highly recommend. [link]
Saturday turned into a great day to get my lawnmowers into cutting condition. And I found the joy of breaking bolts that have 2 years of wear on. Let me tell ya, that's about as fun as trying to kiss a rabid cat.
That night we, found the pleasures of mixed drinks and vodka. And we made tacos!
Now my friends, big plans for the summer? I do apologize for not submitting a piece recently. I wish you all well and know that I'll be there for ya when you need me.
Devious Comments
We need to catch another movie sometime. Oh yeah, Josh is going to the police academy now. Started 2-3 weeks ago. His dad literally cornered me at mal-wart. I was like, wtf I know you. XD

F: Bernard, where's Manny ?
B: Him? He left, like I always knew he would. that's what people do when you love them, and nurture them.
F: You mean you sacked him.
B: There may have been an incident.

I like those bands. I might have to buy some of their cds when I go home for the summer..... *ponders*

If you expect the unexpected, doesn't that make the unexpected, the expected?
There are only a few perfect people in the world. All the rest are right handed!

And it would seem that I have some music to listen to.
I can't really comment on pleasurable tacos (im not sure we have them... or maybe im just somewhat uncultured) so I shall say yes, I have a few medium-sized plans, and what does your internship entail?

Ask me about barnacles, you won't regret it. (sometimes, it is what you've got, not just where you stick it.)
Winter is slowly creeping over and enveloping autumn.. I can't wait for spring.

Life beckons....choose wisely
I look forward to camping, working, chilling, and much reading/writing so far, with sudden vacations or trips that pop up here and there.
Good luck with everything, I'm glad you're relieved and seem happy, take it easy.

On a long enough timeline, the survival rate for everyone drops to zero.
I've not really got plans this year.. it's my birthday in a couple of weeks though so no doubt I'll be out celebrating that. Can't wait for the nice weather to start so I can sit around in my garden all day
